I have decided that Apple has done one thing right, and that's video compression. So all of my videos are now available in quicktime format. The files are much smaller and I haven't noticed any loss in quality from the original AVIs.  

In addition to compressing all of the previous videos using quicktime, I have also add some new ones, including shots of Brian and I throwing down on the Dinner Plate dyno as well as my send of Jason's problem, Bulletproof monk.
